Recognized for his visionary leadership and strategic acumen, he has made significant contributions across key areas such as business strategy planning and execution, financial planning, business intelligence, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, internal control, investor relations, performance management, business process re-engineering, information technology, and enterprise risk management.

Throughout his dynamic career, Mr. Adewale has held pivotal roles in some of the most prominent financial institutions, where he has consistently demonstrated his capacity to drive organizational growth and transformation: Cornerstone Insurance Plc as the Group Head, Strategy, Investor Relations, and Enterprise Risk Management for the group of companies; Union Bank of Nigeria Plc as Special Project Officer on Strategy Implementation reporting directly to the GMD/CEO; Oceanic Bank International (now Eco bank) as Business Process Manager /Performance Management; Skye Bank (now Polaris Bank) as IT System Administrator; and EIB International Bank as IT System/Network Engineer.

He joined FBS Reinsurance Limited as the Head, Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management.
